The staff were very friendly and helpful and always cleaned between the hallways and the elevator making sure the pool was clean... I enjoyed the hot tub when it wasn't busy.. location was good and had a nice plaza not too far with different places to eat in dunkin' donuts for coffee and donuts. They were very accommodating to our late check out because our flight was delayed and they held our bags and we were still able to take the shuttle to the airport.... The continental breakfast was a very good choice.. everything was fresh and hot.. I will definitely come back again!! Was very relaxed stay..

Room was excellent; clean and comfy. Breakfast was really good and the crossiant breakfast sandwiches were amazing. Definitely liked that the small plaza that had Starbucks, Haibachi, and a couple of other food places located across the hotel, so was easy to walk over to go grab something to go. The hotel also provided a shuttle to and from the airpot and the front desk staff was very friendly in booking a time for the shuttle to pick you up. The entire staff was quick to help in responding to any additional requests, like extra pillows, blankets, etc.

The staff was excellent. The front desk man was Pedro Reyes. He was very quick, professional and always greeted us with a hello Mr. Wright. He takes pride in his work. All the staff was great and helpful. Pedro stood out among them. He did a great job of checking in and out groups of people in a timely manner. Always smiling and asking them is all okay. Keep this employee, even if you have to handcuff him and pay him more.

The staff were very friendly and were attentive to any questions or enquiries. The gym was well kept, swimming pool a bit chilly, but nice to have available to use. The breakfast was amazing, really enjoyed the amount. This hotel is had a free shuttle service to and from the hotel. It has a nice calm feel to it and located to some nice takeaway and eat on place.

Traveled from North Carolina and arrived early, check in was almost 2 hrs away was very exhausted because the trip took longer then expected because of heavy traffic..The front desk clerk said no problem give me about 30min and the room was available...She was very attentive the bed was like sleeping on.a cloud lol..Would definitely stay again...
